The saving of water at a gravel plant often leads to a recirculation of old and stagnant water. Nitrogenous agricultural fertiliser also leaves a higher concentration of nitrate in the groundwater supply, providing an ideal breeding ground for microbes, particularly in warm weather. An additive compound in our PU improves its microbe-resistance and our rubber materials GIGANT and CLEAN are 100% microbe-safe.
