Cast and hot-vulcanised tensioned screen panels

Steel ropes and a steel transverse reinforcement support the wear material covering them. The ropes absorb the tensile forces in the direction of span.

Stamped rubber screen panels are stamped from a wear-resistant rubber mat, which makes the perforation spherical. A mesh in the mat reinforces the screen panels. The stamped mat is, if necessary, reinforced with ties.
